How we verify every driver

    Application & document upload

    Drivers submit their licence, PrDP, roadworthy certificate, operating licence, insurance and police clearance.

    Independent verification

    Our team confirms each document directly with the issuing authority — we never take a driver's word for it.

  3. 3

    Vehicle inspection

    A roadworthy inspection within the last six months is required, covering brakes, tyres, seatbelts and more.

  4. 4

    Badge awarded & monitored

    Verified drivers receive the Khusela badge. We re-check documents on expiry and act on any parent reports.
